Upon realizing the success of our first institutional fund our team decided to bring the medical real estate asset class to private investors, creating the HPA Xchange platform built specifically for the broker dealer and RIA world.

 

HPA Exchange, LLC will focus on 1031 exchange needs for investors by sponsoring DST offerings in the rapidly evolving healthcare real estate sector. Robert Lee

Co-President | CIO

With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment experience, Robert Lee serves as Co-president and Chief Investment Officer  where he leads the firm's efforts in strategy across acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation and transaction structuring. HPA has acquired over $580 million as a team since 2015.

Prior to joining HPA’s executive team, Lee served in several founder and principal roles including a real estate investment banking platform focused on institutional capital placement and advisory for private and public real estate companies. Lee has worked with multiple real estate investment platforms and product types placing, advising on, or investing in over $4 billion in real estate capital for institutional and private investors.

Rob received a BA in Business, with a concentration in Marketing, from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Management. He holds a California Real Estate Brokers license, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) serving as former President for Greater Southern California, is a Chairman Emeritus of the Graziadio’s Alumni Network and, is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Thuy Turner

Co-President | COO

Thuy Turner serves as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer and leads the firm’s asset management, proper management and overall operations initiatives. Thuy has over 20 years in commercial real estate experience and has been a licensed broker since 1998. She has extensive real estate experience in managing and leasing office, medical, and retail facilities, through her previous tenures with Arden Realty, Equity Office and Schnitzer Northwest. Thuy utilizes her dedicated background to provide oversight of the overall operations, logistics and financial performance of the company. Thuy has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA in Business Administration from California State Fullerton.
